The baptism day was chilly and wet. However it cleared up prior to the ceremony at the SLO Mission! The ceremony had about 7 children being baptised, and The Drubas were able to get there early to save us great seats! The ceremony was beautiful...much more personal with a smaller amount of children...haydens had close to 15!
After the ceremony we had a great brunch at the Avila Beach Resort. It was so beautiful, the weather stayed clear until about mid way thru the brunch...so kids got to run and play outside, and when the weather gor bad they came in and sat at the "kids table" near the fire place and had a great time coloring and eating.
Mission SLO is special to us in that both my parents and myself were all baptised here...so now the tradition continues with both of our boys being baptised there too!
