lunch with the guys!

We all got together over a quick lunch today...we picniced in front of the bankhead theater :) It was great...great weather, great fun and great food ;)

I realized today after Hayden took off his own shirt...that my soon to be 2 year old is growing up VERY fast... :( He played in the water and enjoyed the nice warm sun!

Dallas!

We had a blast in Dallas! THe wedding was great! The time there was short, but we had fun.

Our adventure included aFriday night rehearsal dinner, Saturday hair appointments, wedding, reception, after party and on Sunday a trip to the Dallas Zoo!

We got another patch there to add to our colletion!

We left mid-morning Monday....after I bathed Hayden and grandma combed his hair....Hayden enjoyed a few more rides on his new rocking horse that Grandpa Doinnys buddy painted for him, while sitting in front of Sesame Street!

Haydens first cold.

Well we made it ALMOST 2 years without a general cold.....but over this weekend Hayden caught a bug.

It is not too bad....mainly a runny nose and a congested chest....

Will post more once I know more.

Another Caillou TV night :)

Play date

I am on the baord of the Livermore Mom's Club...I sere as the advertising person. Its a load of fun, and I have meet alot of great local moms too! There are sub-clubs within the club....bunko, book, knitting etc....I dont have time to participate in much of them. However we have made a point of going to the 4pm (Monday) playgroups for the past 1.5 years. Hayden has meet alot of kids his age...perdominatley boys...a few girls too...not that the kids care at this age. THey have practically grown up together now!

This is a photo of Hayden and his look alike friend Annabelle. I think if Andy and I had a girl this is what she would have looked like? And her parents think if they had a boy Hayden is what he would have looked like :) HAHA! Arent they cute?

Sacramento Zoo

Well many of you may know that we collect patches from both zoo's and aquariums. We have a handful of patches so far, and recently just added one from the Sacramento Zoo!

It was a descent zoo, not the best we have seen but not bad either :)

Hayden LOVES animals, so he really likes to take his time looking at them, so staying still for a family photo is difficult...but this was a good one :)
